Ed uses two different types of loop pedals his custom chewie monsta II and a Sheeran Looper X he uses these live for like Shape of you and Bad habits.
Ed has been using a loop pedal since his breakthrough hit single, "The A Team", which was released in June 2011.

Guitar and Keyboard/Piano
Ed uses a Komplete Kontrol S49 MK2 piano for his live setup on stage along with he used a Martin LX1E then switched his own custom brand of Lowden guitar when play live or in the studio witch became his signature guitar which he think is best for recording and performing live. Ed also uses for some songs a Fender Stratocaster.
