Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframes Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard delivery: 2–5 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Shipping Costs

Carriers We ship using UPS and Parcelforce. The carrier used will depend on the size and weight of your items.

Order Tracking Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time via the carrier's website.

Special Handling – Fragile Instruments Large or fragile instruments such as guitars, pianos, and keyboards are carefully packaged to minimise the risk of damage. For oversized or particularly delicate items, specialist courier arrangements may be made — we'll contact you directly if this applies. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and item.

Our Locations Orders may be fulfilled from our Crayford or Bromley store locations.
