The Standard Series sat above Squier’s entry-level models and has earned a good reputation as a particularly solid generation of Squier guitars. With upgraded appointments including a two-point tremolo bridge and full Strat-style SSS pickup configuration, these make excellent everyday instruments and are increasingly sought out on the used market.

This one has the classic Strat formula: three single-coil pickups, 5-way selector and familiar volume/tone controls, giving you everything from bright, clean Strat sounds through to warmer blues and rock tones.
